What's the best
career tip you've received?
Always be yourself!
How important is it to follow your passions in your career?
How important is it to follow your passions in your career?
It's so important to be true to yourself and be
passionate about what you do. There are ups and downs in every job but if
you're passionate about what you're doing it makes the difficult times worth
enduring, the challenges rewarding and the good times amazing! We've all heard
it before but it's true - if you love what you do you'll never work a day in
your life.
You've achieved so much.. But have you ever doubted yourself?
You've achieved so much.. But have you ever doubted yourself?
I think we all do at times but rather than
"doubt" I think it's more of an acceptance or knowledge that
there's always more to learn, that I'm not always right and that I can be
better personally and professionally so I try and work on those things. I truly
believe that if you work hard towards something and you genuinely love it then
you can achieve it and I try and apply that to myself too.
Outside of work.. What's your guilty pleasure?!
Outside of work.. What's your guilty pleasure?!
I love food and wine so I spend a lot of my time
enjoying those things!
With your crazy hours how do you manage to look after yourself (and look so great!) in terms of nutrition and exercise?

I don't really exercise but luckily I live near the
beach so I swim every day and enjoy walking along the beach. I love food and my
boyfriend's a chef so eating out (and eating in general!) is a big part of our
life. I just try and eat as much unprocessed food as possible and cook
nutritious meals when I'm at home. We have our own garden so I like to use
veges and herbs from there as much as possible and we make a lot of cold
pressed juices. One of the best things I've done for myself is learn to
meditate. I do it 1-2 times day and it's great for general wellbeing, clarity
and calm but especially in times of stress.
Tell me about your perfect Sunday?
Tell me about your perfect Sunday?
Waking up without an alarm, then spending the day
with my boyfriend around the beach- having a lazy breakfast with the papers,
swimming, surfing, cooking something delicious at home and a movie on the
couch.
